A: Access to the event will be exclusively via the email informed at the time of registration.
A: Yes, but for a better experience we suggest that access is always done by computer/notebook.
A: No. Only one access per user will be possible.
A: On the event's home screen we will have support available.
A: Yes, the lectures will be recorded and access can be made within 72 hours after the event.
A: The interaction can be done through chat or through the network rooms
A: No. We will have specific time for visits to exhibitors, according to the schedule.
A: The stands will be virtual, where there will be access to the content provided by the exhibitor, as well as the opportunity to interact through chat.
A: We will provide simultaneous translation for all international content during the live event.
Face-to-face FAQ
A: On Friday – September 10th – the event will be exclusively virtual , and on the 11th and 12th it will be face-to-face and will have a limited audience following the security regulations.
A: Accreditation will be carried out in the Foyer of Teatro WTC, and the organizing team and WTC will be strictly following all security protocols in order to guarantee safe and effective accreditation.
A: Yes, the use of the mask is mandatory throughout the event. Check the Safety Standards here
A: You must bring your masks to change every four hours, as recommended by WHO.
A: There will be alcohol gel totems at strategic points in the event space. Clean your hands frequently and try not to touch your face.
A: The WTC is fully prepared to host you, following high and strict security standards.

A: We encourage the use of the self-parking available in the complex. Access for FISEC participants must be made through the parking lot of the WTC Events Center.
FISEC participants must present the FISEC badge at the booth to have the fixed amount for the daily rate at the Complex's ESTAPAR (the rate is not valid for those who park at the Sheraton WTC Hotel):

A: Yes, the team at Vice Versa Simultaneous Translation will translate from English to Portuguese. On the day of the event, you must carry a photo identification document ( ID or Qualification ) for the removal of the equipment.
A: Yes. The cars and the team of executive taxis are equipped with disinfectant spray and acrylic separation between passenger and driver, preserving everyone's safety.
A: Yes, the complete WTC Events Center has a food court, at Shopping D&D, with restaurants of different specialties. We will have 1h and 30min break for lunch.
A: Yes, all attendees will have access to the full recording for one month after the event via the streaming platform.
