FISEC – Executive Secretariat Innovation Forum – is the largest executive secretariat event in Latin America and its main objective is to be the bridge between secretarial professionals in Brazil and the world with the best practices and trends in the market.

 

This revolutionary event was created by the Pepitas Secretaries Club, a large community that brings together thousands of secretaries and secretaries from all over Brazil and even from other continents.

 

The Club's mission is to promote the integral development of the Secretariat and contribute to the formation of a differentiated category of high-performance professionals, both personally and professionally.

This year, the 9th edition of FISEC will take place on September 10, 11 and 12 at the WTC Events Center in São Paulo.

 

In 2020, we were the only ones in the world to hold a secretariat event in a hybrid format and we will keep that model for this edition.

Who is Nugget Soler?

Pepita Soler started working at an early age and always wanted to innovate and undertake. Then, in 1994, he decided to found his own business: Pepita Consultoria, Formação e Eventos – focused on human and organizational development programs, serving clients from the public and private sectors and educational organizations in Latin America, USA and Europe. Later, it decided to create a community dedicated exclusively to the secretariat.

Founder and President of Pepitas Secretaries Club – Educational and Relationship Club for Secretaries and Secretaries – which completes 25 years of history and is considered the largest Executive Secretariat Club in Latin America.

It has already carried out, in Brazil and abroad, numerous development programs, Innovation Forums, Master Classes and Training, which impacted and transformed thousands of secretaries and secretaries in Brazil.

Official Representative, Speaker and Editorial Board Member of Executive Secretary Magazine (UK) – the largest and most influential global training magazine for executive secretariat professionals.
